Primary Function:
The primary function of the Willow Ambulatory Analyst is to support the design, build, configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization of the Epic Willow Ambulatory module. This role focuses on enhancing ambulatory pharmacy workflows and clinical practices within the healthcare organization. The analyst ensures that the Willow Ambulatory module is effectively integrated into clinical workflows, providing comprehensive support to healthcare providers and administrative staff. This includes working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, configuring the system to meet those needs, providing training and ongoing support to end-users, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and configuration of the Willow Ambulatory module ensuring it meets the specific needs of clinical departments.Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.Customize the Willow Ambulatory module to align with the clinical and operational requirements.Analyze current ambulatory pharmacy workflows and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with other IT and clinical teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the Epic Willow Ambulatory module.Conduct thorough system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure the system meets quality and performance standards before go-live.Develop training materials and participate in training sessions for end-users, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure effective use of the system.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the system post-implementation, addressing user issues and concerns promptly.Facilitate regular meetings and communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.Education and Experience Requirements:
