Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Epicor Consultant to be part of our team. Based in West Memphis, Arkansas, the role will involve working on our Epicor Kinetic ERP system across multiple international locations, with a focus on Automation Studio, DocStar, and CRM modules. Responsibilities: • Participate in the expansion of the Epicor Kinetic ERP system to various global locations, focusing on modules such as Global Parts, Multi-Company, DocStar IC, CPQ, MRP, FP& A, and Kinetic CRM • Provide technical expertise in Automation Studio, DocStar, and CRM, ensuring smooth implementation and optimization • Collaborate with internal and external teams to expedite project timelines while maintaining system integrity and performance • Assist in integrating and configuring modules to enhance operations, automate workflows, and improve business visibility • Offer guidance and support for customization, reporting, and training to promote seamless adoption by end-users • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to module functionality and processes to ensure project success • Leverage skills in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), Cloud Technologies, CRM, Epicor, Epicor ERP, AB Testing, Business Intelligence (BI), Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, and Change Management to execute tasks effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) is essential • Demonstrable knowledge of Cloud Technologies is required • Must possess a strong understanding of CRM • Expertise in Epicor and Epicor ERP systems is obligatory • Experience in AB Testing is necessary • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is preferred • Should have a sound understanding of Business Process Functions • Ability to draft Business Requirement Documents accurately and efficiently is required • Must have skills in Change Management.
