Our work depends on an ePMO, Timekeeping, and Process Analyst joining our team to support the Indian Health Service (IHS) Health Information Technology (HIT) Modernization (MOD) program. As an ePMO, Timekeeping, and Process Analyst supporting the IHS HITMOD program, you will be responsible for supporting the PMO for contract management execution support.

This position to support the Indian Health Service (IHS) Electronic Health Record Modernization Program known as Patients at the Heart (PATH) EHR. Your efforts will serve to improve the patient experience and quality of care for over 600 facilities across 37 states serving the American Indian and Alaska Native populations.

This role is fully remote!

HOW THIS POSITION WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Manages timekeeping systems and enforces timekeeping policies

Generates SOPs, policies, and procedures on behalf for the PMO team

Enters and updates data into the ePMO workforce system for the program

Acts as the ePMO system administrator and updates data in an accurate and timely fashion

Generates ad hoc ePMO reports and provided data analysis as requested

Conducts hours reconciliations across workstreams to ensure accurate time reporting and compares each reconciliation to each task order budget

Assists with contract Labor Category (LCAT) verifications alongside task order managers and hiring managers

Ensures hours forecasts and actuals align with workload requirements on the program

Required:

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience

Proven experience with data analytics and tools, like Excel, is required

Experience in timekeeping and system administration in ePMO or similar type systems

Experience in writing policies, processes, and procedures and working with teams is required

Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance

Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, as needed

Desired:

ePMO or similar workforce management systems experience preferred

Attention to detail with data is highly desired

Government contracts experience and knowledge of multiple contract types

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

The likely salary range for this position is $69,722 - $90,850. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
