Salary: $82,000 - $125,000
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week
Relocation Available

Focus: The Epoxy Planning Continuous Improvement SME is responsible for leading global productivity improvement projects and efforts related to supply chain reporting, analytics, dashboarding, automation, and digitalization.

The Epoxy business operates an integrated set of assets serving customers around the globe.  The successful candidate will support a team of global planners by driving sustainable process improvements.  Cross functional coordination, planning experience, project management and leadership are critical.

Epoxy Planning Continuous Improvement SME Essential Functions:

Lead productivity improvements from idea generation through full implementation Assist others with their ideas to estimate cost and implementation Continuous improvement in supply chain cost to serve and operational efficiency Improve analytical capabilities by enhanced reporting, data mining, and KPI development Drive process improvement via work process improvement and automation Evaluate internal and external software solutions to support the digitalization of the Epoxy supply chain

Epoxy Planning Continuous Improvement SME Position Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree* in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar related degree 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing or operations planning environment  Epoxy experience preferred Expertise with SAP strongly preferred
