Volt is immediately hiring for Equal Opportunity Officer in Grapevine, Texas.

\r\n\r\n

As an Equal Opportunity Officer you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tProvide information, technical assistance, and site training to supervisors, managers, and employees on topics such as employee supervision, hiring, grievance procedures, or staff development.\r\n\tConduct surveys and evaluate findings to determine if systematic discrimination exists.\r\n\tConduct site interviews of witnesses, alleged respondents, and complainants in the furtherance of an investigation.\r\n\tPrepare high-quality summarizing investigative reports and provide recommendations for resolutions.\r\n\tAdvise the Compliance and Risk Administrator on the status of ongoing investigations.\r\n\tEnsure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, Board policies, and labor contracts related to EOCO laws and regulations.\r\n\tStay abreast of emerging government regulations and evaluate and recommend appropriate responses and changes to internal policies.\r\n\tDemonstrated superior ability to write concise organized, logical, and analytical reports to convey complex issues and exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a full time, Direct Hire opportunity.

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Prelaw or a related field (or appropriate experience).\r\n\t5+ years of experience working with Labor laws, HR, EEOC.\r\n\tStrong knowledge of equal opportunity laws and regulations, including EEOC guidelines and affirmative action requirements.\r\n\tExperience in procurement, negotiation, and management.\r\n\tKnowledge of legal requirements and government regulations affecting HR functions.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

\r\n\r\n
