Position Summary: Primary Therapist provides clinical assessment, treatment planning, individual/family therapy, and crisis intervention for a caseload of clients and also conduct group therapy sessions as assigned. Therapists will collaborate with a team of providers in exploring therapeutic interventions, responding to the needs of clients, and working toward achieving clients’ goals.  The equine therapist position will be responsible for conducting equine groups, working with the equine specialist and maintaining care of horses.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree required Must be licensed or license eligible in clinical field including, but not limited to an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT or Psychologist Must have experience working in a therapeutic setting with horses.
