**Equipment and Dispatch Administrator**
The Equipment and Dispatch Administrator role supports the Business Manager responsible for owned and rented equipment for construction projects and is a primary liaison between operations, corporate finance, and certain external parties. This highly visible and fast-paced position is charged with financial reporting, location monitor tracking, and processing responsibilities for owned and rented equipment used at our project sites. Candidates must have the ability to work with professionals at all levels in the organization to accomplish the required responsibilities as defined below.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work directly with Vendors placing orders for Equipment at our various project sites.
+ Write POs for rental orders and process invoices against those POs for rental equipment.
+ Work directly with Vendors on any billing issues / pricing etc.
+ Generate weekly/monthly bills to projects for use of Owned and Rental Equipment.
+ Set up Equipment in GPS programs for location tracking. Monitor devices and ensure they are working.
+ Update and transfer Equipment and Vehicles to show which project they are currently assigned to within the accounting system.
+ Attend weekly Equipment meetings with Team to discuss financials and other departmental items.
+ Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ 1-3 Years of administration experience.
+ Experience working on large scale construction projects in a similar role is a plus.
+ Demonstrated experience in billing, document control, equipment rental, and purchasing
+ Commitment to maintaining data accuracy and timeliness in processing and delivery.
+ Attention to detail is a must.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and utilize resources appropriately
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel and MS Word.
+ Experience in Textura, SAP, LCP Tracker or Coupa a plus.
+ Able to work well with others, take direction, and work independently.
