Our client, an industry leader in equipment rental and services, is seeking an Equipment Associate to join their team. As an Equipment Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting various branch personnel. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service focus, effective communication skills, and a strong teamwork ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Equipment Associate

Location: Chesapeake, VA

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

What's the Job?

Provide labor assistance to service technicians, sales staff, and other branch personnel engaged in meeting customer's needs. Assist with deliveries and prepare equipment for rental. Perform routine checks on rental equipment to ensure it is safe and in good working order. Greet customers and assist with customer inquiries about equipment. Load and unload rental equipment.

What's Needed?

High school diploma and valid driver's license required. Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds. 0-3 years of experience in a similar role. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Steel-toed shoes are required for safety.
