Job Description

Employee Responsibilities:

Act as a single point of contact for resolving laboratory and facility related issues in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.Communicate effectively with leadership and client staff membersEntering and reviewing data following GMP guidelinesFiling documents consistent with cGMP record keeping, including electronic document systemsLiaises closely with cross-functional teams to support compliance activities.Carries out all assignments to the standards of efficiency, innovation, accuracy and safety in accordance with applicable requirements.

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate would possess:

Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with LIMs systemsExcellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitudeAbility to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policiesAbility to develop and maintain effective, trusting work and customer relationshipsSelf-starter, able to prioritize work and work efficiently with minimal supervision

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree with at least five years of directly related industry/Pharmaceutical GMP experienceMinimum of 5 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical or equivalent industryAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is full-time and permanent, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with over time as needed. Candidates currently living in a commutable distance to West Point, PA are encouraged to apply. On-site work is expected in order to be effective in this role.
