General Position Summary
The Equipment Coordinator’s responsibilities include equipment tracking, coordination and maintenance of the company or project equipment fleet, as well as the required filings of documentation for the fleet of vehicles. This position can be based either at a project or the home office.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for the strict adherence to company safety policies and programs through the communication and enforcement of the Skanska Safety and Health Management Program Schedule, track and log equipment moves to and from the projects Monthly equipment billing to the projects Coordinate maintenance and repairs of the company equipment fleet Manage the company lease plan; including vehicle maintenance, registration and insurance Manage equipment inspections to conform with environmental compliance policies Oversee the fleet’s EZ Pass and fuel accountsDepartment specific purchasing dutiesSecure trucking permits
