Responsibilities:

Improvement of automation on our current equipment and development of new automation solutions for our new equipment to have more productivity and efficiencyMaking process flow value stream analysis/lean & world class manufacturingIntegration of AGV/Cobot in our systemQualification & deployment of Robot/Cobot/AGV in Thales DIS sitesWriting acceptance document according to technical specification Designing & conception validationDatabase management & datas tracking management (BC reader integration, vision & OCR control system)Supporting the ERP – equipment  connection (Oracle, other potential MES)Writing technical solution documentation: user manual, training procedure, maintenance manualInitiating & creating documentation of Cobot/Robot/AGV benchmark for our applicationSelection of the best solution with local site & purchasing departmentSuppliers communication & coordination during the projectStandardization & deployment: deploy on the different Thales DIS manufacturing sites (different shopfloor footprint) standard solution for the automation program

You need to have:

Experience in automotive industry or other technical industries (optics, pharmaceutics, packaging)Higher technical educationAutomatism & Robotic knowledgeKnowledge of equipment mechanical design Experience in project management: documentation & coordinationStatistic know how  (capability, 6 sigma)Lean concept know how Good written & oral communication skills

Fluent in EnglishMobile: position requires travelling for short mission (1 week/month) or longer mission (3 months) on different Thales siteAutonomousCreative and curiousAble to work under pressure
