Job Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance activities React to error/alarm messages of manufacturing equipment Perform equipment recovery from process and tool interruptions using defined procedures/OCAP Perform equipment health check and troubleshooting Pass down and update machine status in team chat group Identify and address potential areas for improvement and optimize tool availability, cycle time, utilization and cost Actively participate in continuous improvement project to upkeep line equipment Understand and follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures and requirements Job Requirements Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent At least 1-year of work experience in the semiconductor industry Able to perform shift work on a 12-hour shift schedule; including working in a cleanroom environment Able to work well with minimal supervision and ability to prioritize tasks and follow specific procedures. Strong technical skills and knowledge of semiconductor process tools Experienced in repair and maintain a variety of Lithography, PVD/Dry Etch, Wet Bench and Metrology tools Strong teamwork, able to work well with a global team and other duties as assigned
