Summary:
The Equipment Finance Operations Analyst 3 is responsible for accurate and timely processing of complex and/or unique contract bookings. This role will audit the contract file by verifying the accuracy of all transaction details including equipment cost and location; product and pricing structure; applicable tax methods and rates; program details related to new bookings; as well as compliance and other details as applicable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure contract information is entered correctly to upfront system and lease accounting system. Prioritize account servicing work to be processed; ensure that work is completed in a timely manner to meet defined deadlines. Train, coach, and mentor team members in conjunction with the Supervisor and/or Manager. Function as Subject Matter Expert for transactional processing and administration, transactional policies, operational process development, and systems as applicable. Work with other team members/departments to resolve any variances as needed. Collaborate with internal and external resources to provide recommendations that will streamline process.Actively manage communication with all parties using system notes and other forms of communication. Perform other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance or equivalent work experience.5+ years' related work experience in commercial lending operations.Preferred Qualifications:
Strong computer skills including experience with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and AdobeDemonstrated analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask in a deadline driven fast paced environment while delivering superior customer service.Demonstrated ability to lead the work of others. Previous experience in equipment finance industry.Previous experience in InfoLease.
