Create documentation packages for a variety of loan and lease products for equipment finance using an internally prepared credit approval along with a formal documentation request, and other essential documents. These product types will be generated from both direct and in-direct origination sources.  This position will also review documentation and funding packages for accuracy prior to closing and funding a transaction.

Responsibilities Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal Equipment Finance personnel as well as various Bank Channels as it relates to specific transaction needs.Understand pricing software to aid originators in transactions review, accuracy, approval, and documentation.Create lease and loan documentation efficiently and accurately while ensuring bank risk and compliance standards are not compromised.Efficiently manage workflow to ensure Equipment Finance transactions move through the progression from documentation to booking by working with both clients and vendors for proper execution and delivery.Maintain accurate records of activity on Equipment Finance transactions.Initiate and review funding requests for accuracy with credit approval and contract documents.Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED Minimum experience of at least 2 years in commercial banking and/or Equipment FinanceAt least 2 years’ experience in documenting equipment finance transactionsExperience filing priority security liens, and titles Strong organizational and communication skills Knowledgeable in all loan and lease products as they relate to the overall equipment finance industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:  Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
