Equipment Finance Underwriting Senior Manager
**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Equipment Finance Underwriting Senior Manager within Wells Fargo Commercial Capital - Equipment Finance **In this role, you will:** + Manage and develop an Equipment Finance Underwriting team in the credit or underwriting function that is complex and is diverse in size + Identify and recommend opportunities for developing and implementing business strategies and credit guidelines + Determine appropriate strategy and actions of an Equipment Finance Underwriting team to meet moderate to high risk business objectives + Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity + Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced managers, to move out operations related to the credit or underwriting function + Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Equipment Finance Underwriting + Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy **Required Qualifications:** + 6+ years of Equipment Finance Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education + 3+ years of Management experience **Desired Qualifications:** + Experience with commercial vehicle/transportation lending + Experience with Structured transaction in Vendor and Equipment Finance + Experience with Floor Plan and Vendor Programs **Job Expectations:** + Ability to travel up to 10% of the time + This position offers a hybrid work schedule. + Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening. **Pay Range** Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
