In addition, this position performs all general laborer duties, as needed, at a worksite. **Connecting you to great benefits** + Weekly Paychecks + Paid lodging and per diem when overnight travel is required + Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays + Insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance) + 401(k) w/ Company Match + Stock Purchase Plan + Education Reimbursement + Class A CDL Licensure program + Legal Insurance + Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more! **What you’ll do as an Hydrovac Truck Foreman** + Lead crews to meet project time-lines + Safely operate and control assigned equipment + Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed + Oversee and help with training of crew members + Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations + Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork + Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance + Perform work in all weather conditions + All other duties as assigned **What you’ll need** + To be 18 years of age or older + Authorization to work in the United States for this company + Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record + Valid Class A Commercial driver's license + Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card + High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred + At least three years of related experience + Previous Foreman experience preferred **Physical abilities & exposures** + **Routinely** : work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds + **Occasionally** : use ladder, keyboard and mouse **Pay range: $30 - 40 / Hr** **Why work with us** Your career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
