Role Summary: The Equipment Management Specialist is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction through effective management of company projects and services. This role focuses on managing day-to-day client relationships and programs, working closely with the Biomed sales team to ensure alignment and collaboration. The Specialist is responsible for ensuring that project schedules adhere to contractual agreements, working with clients to develop future projects, and identifying new opportunities for growth. Coordination with team members across project management, operations, services, support, and customer care is essential to achieve shared objectives.

Career Level Description: This professional position includes both formal and on-the-job training programs. Typically suited for a college graduate or an individual with equivalent experience. Employees can progress to this level from the Business Support or Operations Career Streams by gaining knowledge in areas such as project management, financial analysis, supply chain management, customer relationship management, data analysis and interpretation, and information technology fundamentals.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer-centric role.Understanding of principles, theories, and concepts acquired through a university degree or equivalent coursework, or requisite experience in Business Support or Operations.Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) for effective planning and execution.Financial analysis skills, including budgeting and forecasting, to support business operations.Supply chain management knowledge to optimize logistics, procurement, and distribution processes.Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Excel or business intelligence software.Basic understanding of IT systems, software applications, and cybersecurity principles.Basic knowledge of the home care market and related equipment.Advanced proficiency in MS Office (SharePoint, Excel with PivotTables and VLOOKUPs, Word, Outlook).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Problem Complexity: The role involves developing resolutions to problems of limited scope and complexity, utilizing readily available information, and following standard practices and procedures. Emphasis is placed on continuous learning and development. The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:

Primary Responsibilities:

Generate and compile reports for OneTrack clients as needed.Assist with OneTrack installation setups, including data preparation.Monitor PAR levels for select OneTrack clients.Track and report on customer-owned equipment statuses.Identify and communicate issues to appropriate departments.Collaborate with the IT department on report development to support sales and operations in OneTrack asset management.Provide tech support for MMS' OneTrack client base.Train customers and McKesson sales personnel on OneTrack usage, reports, and tools.Identify opportunities to improve equipment utilization through inventory management analysis.Conduct online training and retraining for OneTrack users as necessary.Perform additional duties as identified by the Supervisor of Equipment Management Services.Willingness to work overtime on short notice.Develop and maintain documentation to ensure best business practices across all disciplines.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
