Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 to $22.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Perform mechanical repairs and refurbishing work on skid steers, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other heavy equipment.Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery and components.Conduct routine maintenance, including lubrication, fluid changes, and tire replacementsReplace defective parts, including engines, hydraulic pumps, filters, wiring, and belts.Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.Equipment Mechanic Qualifications:
Proven experience in repairing and refurbishing heavy equipment, including skid steers, boom lifts, and scissor lifts.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Ability to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must be able to lift heavy parts and tools and work in various environmental conditions.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
