Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a 2nd shift Equipment Operator to join our team in Dayton, Ohio.

Your Responsibilities:

Properly set up the equipment to the specifications required, and operate the machine producing the best quality product possible in a productive mannerRead and interpret work orders.Maintain the equipment in good working condition.Maintain a clean and organized work areaAccurately maintain a daily production sheet and properly log all production information and material into Primac system.Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor

Your Shift:

2nd shift 2:30pm 1:00am Mon – Thursday

You Must Have:

Ability to set adjust machinery to required tolerancesHigh degree of mechanical abilityAbility to read and write EnglishBasic mathematical skills & ability to read measurements with a ruler

Requirements within this position:  

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.

Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.

Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.  

Frequently required to move inside the facility. 

Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry). 

We Would Also Prefer:

High School Diploma/GED1+ year experience in production or as an equipment operatorGood color discernment
