**Job Title: Equipment Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to work on-site from Monday to Friday, with a schedule of 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The role involves operating various equipment including motor graders, bulldozers, and front-end loaders. Opportunities for overtime are available on Saturdays for 8-10 hours. **Responsibilities** + Operate motor graders, bulldozers, and front-end loaders efficiently and safely. + Work around cranes, pedestrians, tight spaces, and stair towers. + Ensure all operations are performed with a high level of patience and precision. + Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure it is in proper working order. + Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience operating construction equipment. + Relevant certifications (expired or not). + Experience operating in constrained environments (not wide-open spaces like freeways). + A high level of patience and attention to detail. + Possession of a CDL Class A license and a Med Card. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Hardworking and reliable. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
