Heidelberg Materials is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our team in North Bend, WA. As an Equipment Operator, you will support plant needs by ensuring a safe and productive work environment. In this position, you will have the opportunity to use different skills every day as you learn the aggregate industry and fill in for vacancies in various areas of our plant.

What You'll Get to Do:
 Operate mobile equipment on plant property (excavator, dozer, loader, haul truck, etc.)Maintain cleanliness of plant work areasAssist with plant tasks including lubrication, maintenance, repairsTransport materials to and from storage and shop areasUtilize equipment in a manner to maximize productivity and minimize wear and down timeReport mechanical or maintenance issues with equipmentEnsure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations, and with company policies and procedures and rules/laws specified by site, city, state, federalPerform daily equipment inspections, as well as identify and assist in correcting unsafe condition
