This role is integral to maintaining production flow, product quality, and adherence to safety standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor equipment, completing start-up operations and required documentationPerform Level I preventive maintenance and minor troubleshooting to resolve performance issuesSupport changeovers, line clearances, and inventory system transactionsPull test samples for quality inspection and process non-conforming products as per proceduresMaintain 5S standards and update hourly production boards with efficiency metricsQualifications and RequirementsStrong verbal and written communication skills; ability to read, write, and communicate in EnglishProficiency in basic computer systems and sound judgment for machine troubleshootingHigh School Diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferredMust be at least 18 years old and capable of lifting up to 35 lbs. and pushing/pulling up to 80 lbs.Benefits and PerksPay Rate: Competitive hourly wageMedical Benefits: Access to health, dental, and vision insuranceHolidays: Paid holidaysTraining & Growth: Opportunities for ongoing professional developmentYour New OrganizationOur client is a leader in innovative manufacturing with a commitment to quality, safety, and employee development.
