Any discrepancies must be reported to the supervisor.- Fill out the machining record properly (Write down values ​​on the machining plan for each of the dimensions that are being machined)- Machine the components in the order described in the production plan, taking care of the integrity of itself and that of the parts during maneuvers.- Deliver to quality control the plan with the actual dimensions written down by hand and signed when the equipment is delivered to quality control.- Correctly use measuring instruments to verify the tolerances required in the machining of components.- Evaluate the operations to be carried out and analyze the risks to have safe work days- Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area at all times.- Take care of and be responsible for the assigned tools and/or equipment- Clean, organize and store the tools / equipment / instruments used during your workday, leaving a clean work area according to the standard of order and cleanliness- Carry out one security observation per month and report it to the security area.- Report your full work time in the EPICOR system using a work order/production order- Keep your machine clean, tidy, lubricated, verified and you must report any anomaly to your supervisor.
