For information about ABM’s benefits visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members (https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Frontline\_v2\_English\_9.5.24.pdf) ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Basic Qualifications:** • Must be 18 years of age or older • No experience required and on the job training provided • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required **Preferred Qualifications:** • One (1) year of similar work experience preferred **Responsibilities:** • Operate industrial lift and/or tugger to assist in loading or moving materials for yardage • Bale cardboard, run a trash compactor, and operate a tow tractor in order to keep production running smoothly • Use computer, reads work order, or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved • Load materials and/or buggies into trailers and/or trucks • Install strapping or chains to prevent shifting or damage while in transit • Print necessary labels and manifests • Transports buggies from work sites to designated area • Load and unloads full or empty buggies • Use the computer to keep a current list of available buggies • Perform janitorial duties such as emptying trash cans, cleaning restrooms, and scrubbing floors A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
