**Join Our Team as an Experienced Equipment Operator!** Are you an experienced **Equipment Operato** r looking for your next opportunity? We’re hiring Equipment Operators to join our team at a leading distribution center. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse using a variety of powered industrial trucks. **Job Title:** Equipment Operator **Location:** Greer, SC **Shift & Pay Range:** • $18.50/hr 1st Shift (Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 5:00pm) • $19.00/hr 2nd Shift (Monday - Thursday, 5:00pm - 3:00am) **What’s the Job?** • Safely operate equipment such as Cherry Pickers, High Reach Forklifts (up to 40ft), Pacers, Stackers, Walkie Riders, Stock Pickers, and Tuggers • Accurately pick, pack, and move product using RF scanners and established processes • Restock picking bins with product from reserve storage • Load and unload trailers and build pallets for outgoing shipments • Organize warehouse storage to maximize efficiency • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Adhere to all safety, quality, and productivity standards **What’s Needed?** **• Minimum of 6 months forklift experience, within the last 2 years** • Comfort working at heights up to 40 feet • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and work in a physically active role (standing, bending, walking, etc.) • Basic communication skills to follow written and verbal instructions in English • Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to safety and detail • Background & Drug screen **What’s in it for me?** • Safe, climate-controlled, and organized work environment • Opportunities for skill development and equipment certification • Potential for long-term growth and advancement within the company • Be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced distribution environment If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch to discuss this exciting opportunity.
