Equipment Operator with CDL - Yuma, AZ
SWP, LLC. is looking for an **Equipment Operator** for the construction and maintenance of earthwork structures, such as highways, streets, dikes, temporary roads, etc. **Why join us?** + Competitive Salary DOE + Annual Bonus + 401k with Company Match + Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits + Paid Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays **Responsibilities and Duties:** + Operates various heavy equipment, including, but not limited to dozers, excavators, backhoes, skid steers, and scrapers. + Performs various activities such as fine grading, finishing, sloping, banking, and excavating. + Performs routine inspection before and after each use. + Performs general maintenance on assigned equipment. + Maintains a clean and safe job site. + Comply and understand company safety policies to ensure a safe work environment. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** + Valid driver’s license + Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment. + Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and be exposed to elements. + Ability to work in a safety-sensitive construction setting, including exposure to moving machinery and heavy equipment. + Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Ability to commute to the job site. + Must pass company background and drug testing procedures. _SWP is an Equal Opportunity Employer: Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories._ _As a Federal Contract Employer, KOMAN Families of Companies follows Federal Laws as it pertains to drug testing.
