Summary: Seeking Equipment & Process Engineers with expertise in manufacturing process development, equipment specification, and project management for a 12-month contract role.
Requirements:
5+ years in Manufacturing/Process Engineering Experience specifying process equipment and tooling requirements Proficiency in developing and documenting manufacturing processes Experience with operator training for maintenance and processes Project management experience for facility utilities installation/construction Availability for M-F, 6 AM to 5 PM work schedulePreferred Skills:
Automotive or vehicle industry experienceResponsibilities:
Develop criteria and SOWs for manufacturing equipment and tooling requirements Facilitate RFP process per procurement guidelines Evaluate bids and participate in proposal of award process Manage vendor design and build process, including acceptance/buyoff Oversee shipping, receipt, and installation timeline of equipment/tooling Identify spare part needs; manage MRO processes Document manufacturing processes; develop PFEP, station layouts, SWAS/SWIS sheets, JSA documentation Coordinate operator and maintenance training for new tooling/processes Manage utility procurement/installation for new/relocated equipment and workstationsPay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
