U-Haul International is seeking a hardworking, energetic high-school intern to join the Equipment Recovery department in downtown Phoenix. In this role, you will assist field team members by ascertaining the location of missing or overdue equipment, ensuring that U-Haul assets can be recovered safely and efficiently.
This internship will start February 3rd and will run for 10+ weeks.
Primary Responsibilities:
Obtain and organize information regarding overdue, missing, lost, or stolen U-Haul equipmentTrack and communicate location of missing or impounded equipmentAid law enforcement in investigation and processes necessary for equipment recoveryMinimum Qualifications:
General computer knowledgeCall center, office, or customer service experienceReliability and excellent attendanceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationWork Schedule:
25+ hours per week between 6:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday, and 6:00am-4:30pm on SaturdayPerks of joining the U-Haul fleet:
