Equipment Solution Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Equipment Solution Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Nalco Water Light. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects while ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. In addition, the Equipment Solution Senior Account Manager will play a key role in driving commercial success by engaging with clients and stakeholders to foster relationships and identify opportunities for growth.

Location: Italy

Main Responsibilities:

- Oversee the planning and implementation of engineering projects from inception to completion.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

- Conduct technical evaluations and provide engineering expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Prepare and present project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.

- Identify opportunities for additional sales or services within existing projects.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development initiatives.

- Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

- Prepare regular project status reports, including performance metrics and budget updates.

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, contracts, and correspondence.

Key competences:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or related field). Nice to have

- Proven experience (8-10 years) in project engineering and sales in Water Treatment.

- Fluent in English

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
