Responsibilities:
• Support, repair and upgrade production equipment.
• Perform PM (Preventive Maintenance) and Change Over on production equipment effectively and efficiently.
• Assist Supervisors/Engineers in making quality and reliability improvements.
• Troubleshoot and analyze machine failure mechanism or frequency.
• Minimize equipment downtime through preventive maintenance / fixes.
• Monitor and improve on repair cycle time through continuous improvement effort.
• Involved in Empowerment & Autonomous Maintenance Team activities.
• Applies judgment in resolving non-routine problems.
• Works on assignments that are moderately difficult.
• Normally receives little instruction on daily work.
• Identifies complex technical issues and applies judgment to resolve.
• Troubleshoots advanced problems/issues with limited guidance.
• Makes recommendations related to preventative maintenance and other non-routine issues.
• May lead or train others on the team.
• Applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
• Applies a thorough understanding of equipment to resolve problems.
• Project involvement may extend to teams from different areas.
Requirements:
• College degree or relevant experience
