Job Description
The Equipment Specialist will be supporting all of the equipment in the facility including pumps, vessels, vacuum dryers, and more. They will be supporting preventative maintenance as well as new projects for bringing in new equipment.
ResponsibilitiesSupport all equipment in the facility, including pumps, vessels, and vacuum dryers.Perform preventative maintenance tasks.Assist with new projects involving the installation of new equipment.Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.Maintain HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment.Ensure compliance with regulated industry standards.Essential Skills3+ years of experience with equipment troubleshooting.3+ years of experience with preventative maintenance.3+ years of experience working in a regulated industry.3+ years of experience with HVAC systems or refrigeration equipment.Associate's degree in engineering.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with electrical systems.Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.Experience in pharmaceutical facilities maintenance.Knowledge of HVAC equipment and boiler systems.Work Environment
This is a first shift position from Monday to Friday. The typical workday is 8-10 hours, with a flexible start time between 5-7am. On-call duty is required every 5 weeks, with compensation for being on call and additional pay if called onsite. The facility specializes in the development and cGMP compliant manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. Located just outside of Madison, Wisconsin, the company is a world leader in biosourced pharmaceuticals with a focus on innovative biopharmaceutical products.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00
