Your Key Responsibilities  Achieve Tool Shop KPI e.g.-  On-Time Tool Delivery, Manufacturing Tool First Time Right Optimum utilization of man, material and machine. Must have proficiency in CAM programming and CAD Model generation in Pro-E / DEL-CAM (POWER MILL) / CATIA / SOLID EDGE etc.  Proficiency in generating and post processing  3- Axis and 5-Axis CAM programming of vertical machining center with different controller technology e.g.- HEIDENHAIN  / HAAS / Fanuc / Siemens / Cellos  Extract core  and cavity from 3D CAD Model  of mold and design Copper electrode  spark gap as per the requirement of GD &T in Tool Design  Able to generate 2-D programming of Turning and EDM Wire cut Good Knowledge of cutting tool technology and their application during CAM programmin Proficiency  in optimum utilization of Machine with utilization of  optimum cutting –speed –feed parameter of cutting Tool  Have a good knowledge of selection of cutting tool and tool path strategy to be use during Tool path generation Your Qualifications

B.E.-Mechanical / DME

       Job experience                                    6 TO 10 Year

Languages skills                                  English / Hindi / Marathi.

       Knowledge of SAP / PC                      Must have SAP Knowledge to handle Tool Shop activity

        Technical knowledge                        

Must have deep technical knowledge about CAD / CAM for Dies and Mold Machining.

Types of tools and technic used for manufacturing Tool.

Must have good exposure in Tool Manufacturing process planning and execution.

          Must be in-line with latest Tool methodology for building Tools
