Equity Plan Strategic Project Manager

Do you thrive on being an equity plan subject matter expert and implementing best practices? We are looking for someone like you who can:

• manage client project plans, ensuring steps are completed timely while managing client expectations
• create written client procedure documents, process runbooks/checklist, and client training materials
• provide support to product team design through the client setup process and work closely with technology and product management to design and support automated data comparison tools
• review data reconciliation packages with corporate clients as well as meet challenging deadlines and conduct corporate client meetings
• keep senior management, relationship management and service managers abreast of progress of the project
• coordinate client testing plans with UBS Plan Admin and Financial Reporting Team
• become proficient in the understanding and ability to setup clients on our equity plan platforms
• lead client training aligned meetings and participate in internal team meetings as well as WWS meetings
• ensure team is continually identifying ways to improve relationship by suggesting service and process improvements that could positively impact productivity and corporate client satisfaction
• review and escalate client specific custom administration requests (e.g., reports, scripts, or custom processes)
