The Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) delivers a comprehensive suite of banking, capital markets and advisory solutions, including a full complement of sales, trading and research capabilities, to corporate, government and institutional clients. We focus on our clients' overall financial needs, with consideration and respect for their total relationship with Wells Fargo.
The Client Management Team acts as a primary point of contact and relationship manager for our clients. The business goal is to enhance client engagement, drive operational efficiency, and strengthen profitability by introducing a dedicated Client Manager. These professionals will focus on relationship management, platform and industry initiatives, profitability analysis, operational issue resolution, and product integration, working in alignment with Client Service, Sales, and other stakeholders. This Client Manager will look to focus on Portfolio Swaps acting as a conduit between the client, trading desk, client service, product development, and the rest of the firm, providing escalation support, navigation, and helping to deliver real solutions.
The successful candidate's main responsibilities are client management and implementation of our portfolio swaps platform for Hedge Fund Clients within Prime Brokerage and the broader Bank. As well as:
+ Advise experienced leadership to develop client financial objectives
+ Analyze gathered facts to reach a conclusion for more complex matters
+ Identify opportunities to mitigate legal, regulatory, reputational, and financial risks
+ Lead the strategy to gain insight into the clients financial goals that require in-depth evaluation, and deliver solutions that are long-term and large-scale
+ Provide vision, direction, and expertise to experienced leaders on implementing innovative and significant business solutions for client objectives
+ Engage with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as a skilled advisor to leadership
+ Foster deeper client relationships by proactively engaging with clients to understand their needs and objectives
+ Partner with Product Development on delivery of new Portfolio Swaps platform
+ Socialize and promote new platform rollout, enhancements, and developments to clients
+ Work to train Prime Brokerage client service team on Equity Swaps client service support
+ Assist with onboarding new client relationships, ensuring smooth transitions
+ Partner with Sales and Trading desks to deliver equity swap products and solutions
+ Work closely with Swaps Operations to enhance the coverage model for equity swaps
+ Coordinate with Legal and NBM teams to streamline client communication during the onboarding process
+ Annual Operational and Platform client reviews for tier 1 clients
+ Review complex transactions, process gaps, etc. that require in-depth evaluation and special handling
+ Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of requests
+ Analyze and socialize client profitability metrics internally, focusing on operational and balance sheet efficiencies
This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CRF 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years of Securities Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of securities markets or trading experience
+ 10+ years experience within Synthetic Equity Finance
+ Trading operations experience with a focus on financing, margin, trade clearing and settlement, asset transfer, stock loan, basic reconciliation, and miscellaneous facilitation
+ Hedge fund client experience with Prime Brokerage
**Job Expectations:**
+ Registration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
+ Registration for FINRA Series 63 must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$173,300.00 - $359,900.00
