As an Equity Trading Operations Associate, you will act as a subject matter expert in equity trading operations systems, processes, and trade resolutions. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining data within trading systems, generating reports, and providing operational and technology support to the equity trading department. Your role will include liaising between investment operations and traders, partnering with order management to identify and resolve discrepancies, coordinating the resolution of trade corrections, and escalating issues to leadership when necessary. Additionally, under the direction of traders, you will handle booking IPO and secondary trades by verifying final prices and broker information. You will partner with IT to keep abreast of changes that impact the trading department and help with system training as needed.

You have at least 3 years of finance experience, preferably in trading systems and investment operations.
You excel in customer service and can resolve issues professionally under pressure.
You enjoy collaborating and sharing knowledge with cross-functional teams.
You can manage multiple projects well and ask insightful questions to address issues effectively.
You possess strong analytical skills and reporting experience.
You are proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and can effectively troubleshoot system issues.
A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or related field highly preferred.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
