**Description:**
Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for an ER Tech to join our nursing team in our Emergency Room!
Employment Type:
Full Time, 7a-7p, 72 hours per pay, E/O/W commitment
The Emergency Room Technician functions under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse. He/she provides non-licensed direct patient care to neonate through geriatric patients. He/she assists the healthcare team by providing personal assistance to patients by caring for the patient, equipment and supplies and also by providing clerical and nursing care support services.

**Requirements:**
-High school graduate or equivalent. Successful completion of phlebotomy training with six (6) months of hire
-Current AHA BLS required.
-Phlebotomy proficiency preferred
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer experience preferred
-Minimum one (1) year experience in an **acute** clinical setting.
-Previous nursing assistant experience.
