Functions Technology mission is to optimize Citi's Technology environment by delivering world class applications, driving standardization of the production environment, reducing complexity, optimizing management of systems supporting global functions such as Compliance, Controls, Internal Audit and Risk, and introducing innovative technologies that provide new business capabilities, reduce the technology total cost of ownership, and create a competitive advantage for Citi. This role will support the Enterprise Risk Technology team in ensuring that the program management aspects are delivered for the Enterprise Risk Management book of work and that ongoing oversight of this area continues. **Responsibilities:** + Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs. + Directs the identification of risks which impact program delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary. + Directs the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis. + Leads the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established programs of work. + Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities, understand the program schedule and key milestones, and receive schedule status regularly. + Escalates program risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate. + Grasp key priorities and complex issues quickly for the larger organization and create clear written presentations/communications. **Leadership Qualities** **:** + An advocate of inclusion and diversity in everything they do + An excellent communicator who gets on well with others, building strong professional relationships + Ability to negotiate and influence at all levels, even in the absence of formal reporting relationship + Creative and innovative, brings different angles to problems and provides new solutions through inclusion + Risk and Controls focused, putting diligent risk management and security at the core of everything they do **Qualifications:** + 10+ years of extensive experience in Risk and Controls domain + Should demonstrate Critical thinking, Problem solving skills and a commitment to quality & attention to detail. + Working understanding of Enterprise Risk Management + Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders. + Possesses excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to work across business and functions. **Education** **:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Technology ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Technology Project Management ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** Rutherford New Jersey United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $163,600.00 - $245,400.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
