JSG is recruiting for an ERP Analyst.
Location: Central FL (Lakeland / Winterhaven area)
Direct Hire – Onsite position This person will be designing, analyzing, and implementing ERP processes to meet business needs. Other duties include gathering requirements, troubleshooting ERP issues, and researching new ERP tools. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential. Open to any ERP.
Responsibilities: Communicate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and drivers Gather and review business process requirement definitions for all departments to provide a higher level of support to the business Analyze, develop and write functional specifications Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs Integrate multiple systems and reconcile the needs of different teams Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades and software installations) Provide advice and systems training Keep abreast of technological trends and developments Continually analyze business processes and develop new and enhanced workflows within the ERP and integrated systems Drive system best practices, standards, data governance, security, privacy compliance, operating procedures, collaborate, and cross train Customize and configure workflows, business rules and routing for business integration of the ERP system Analyze and assess technical issues across IT (Systems, Network, Security, Applications, Desktops, etc.) Projects and additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Education Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in ERP systems and integration support with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Equipment Maintenance, Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain areas Experience in project management Knowledge of databases, reporting tools, system security and troubleshooting Understanding of business practices and processes Excellent written and oral communication skills Analytical mindset with a passion for understanding the business Problem-solving aptitude BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Logistics or experience in related field in lieu of degree Ability to effectively communicate information to employees and management Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects Available and responsive to issues
