Description We are actively searching for an ERP Business Analyst (D365 F& O) to be a part of our team. The position will be based in Irvine, California. The role involves working closely with the warehouse teams, and occasional visits to the warehouse located in Los Angeles may be required for issue resolution or training. Responsibilities: • Engage in the conversion of standard warehouses into advanced warehouses, with a goal of upgrading multiple warehouses each year • Handle ERP tasks (D365 F& O) and advanced warehouse operations • Implement and manage Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes • Work on role-based access compliance, ensuring security processes within D365 • Participate in audits and ensure compliance with security standards and policies • Collaborate with warehouse teams, promoting strong teamwork • Maintain accurate records and manage customer inquiries • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary • Participate in various projects and undergo additional training as provided by the manager. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of an ERP Business Analyst • Solid understanding and experience with Business Process Functions and Business Requirement Document creation • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations • Experience in Advance Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Management • Familiarity with Application Security and Security Protocols, understanding role-based user-permissions • Ability to manage and assign Permissions in a secure and efficient manner based on role level Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
