Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an M1 ECI ERP/CRM Consultant in the manufacturing industry, based in Cleveland, Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with various cloud technologies, ERP, and CRM systems. This role involves significant interaction with client-side scripting and involves a focus on business process functions and configuration management. Responsibilities: • Utilizing M1 ECI ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools to optimize business processes • Implementing and managing CRM systems to enhance customer relationship management • Utilizing client-side scripting to develop and modify software applications • Leveraging cloud technologies to facilitate business operations • Ensuring accurate configuration management to maintain system stability • Developing APIs to integrate different systems for better functionality • Conducting AB testing to ensure optimal system performance • Creating and updating business requirement documents to capture business needs • Utilizing Microsoft tools and software in day-to-day tasks • Reviewing and updating business process functions as per organizational needs. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as an ERP/CRM Consultant in the manufacturing industry. • Proficiency in Client Side Scripting is required. • Strong understanding and experience of Cloud Technologies is necessary. • Must have expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. • Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must. • Proficiency in Microsoft software and technologies is required. • Experience with AB Testing is necessary. • Must have skills in API Development. • Strong understanding of Business Process Functions is required. • Experience in drafting Business Requirement Documents is necessary. • Must have a good understanding and experience of Configuration Management.
