Description We are actively searching for an ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team. The main objective of this role is to assist our clients in optimizing their use of Epicor software solutions, both legacy and cloud-based ones like Kinetic. The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask and adapt to different customer needs, delivering results without extensive onboarding or training. Responsibilities: • Engage with customers, addressing their unique needs and workflows, and providing support as necessary. • Demonstrate expertise across various Epicor modules, particularly in Manufacturing, Financials, and Integrations. • Assist clients transitioning to EDI platforms, offering expertise in EDI integrations. • Exhibit a thorough understanding of both newer and legacy versions of Epicor as systems transition to cloud-based solutions. • Conduct user education and training to help customers maximize their use of Epicor, ensuring they are confident in navigating newer software versions. • Implement full-cycle implementations, including customizing reports, collaborating with SMEs, and communicating with stakeholders. • Conduct kick-off meetings with business owners to ask critical questions, ensuring alignment and efficient project execution. • Utilize your knowledge of ERP systems like Epicor or similar, and specific modules such as manufacturing, financials, and integrations. • Demonstrate experience with full-scale implementations and report customizations. • Work independently across multiple projects and manage customer relationships effectively. Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an ERP/CRM Consultant • Proficient in Client Side Scripting • Extensive knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required • Ability to handle Business Process Functions effectively • Experience in creating and maintaining Business Requirement Document is necessary • Skilled in Configuration Management • Must have hands-on experience with Epicor ERP • Familiarity with the Manufacturing industry is a plus Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
