Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an ERP/CRM Consultant based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be working within the technology industry, specifically focusing on Workday HCM and Workday Extend. Your main responsibility will involve executing and configuring solutions to automate processes in order to optimize Workday Extend and Prism solutions. Responsibilities: • Collaborating with configuration leaders and security/data teams to enhance Workday Extend and Prism solutions. • Configuring custom business processes within Workday HCM to improve operational efficiency. • Providing support to the analytics team to ensure effective consumption of Workday data. • Implementing Workday Extend automation solutions, ensuring they align with business needs. • Engaging closely with stakeholders to finalize requirements and complete configuration tasks. Requirements • Must possess strong knowledge and experience in Workday HCM and Core HCM. • Demonstrated proficiency in implementing and configuring ERP/CRM systems according to client needs. • Proven ability to provide ERP/CRM system training to end-users. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system issues. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines. • Familiarity with latest ERP/CRM trends and an ability to utilize this knowledge in work-related scenarios. • Proven experience in documenting ERP/CRM processes and procedures. • Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with ERP/CRM systems. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. • Willingness to continually update skills and knowledge as the ERP/CRM field evolves.
