Description We are seeking an ERP/CRM Developer to join our team. The selected individual will participate in various tasks within the Salesforce environment, including leading a team of developers, ensuring the efficient functioning of Salesforce development tools and technologies, and staying informed about the latest Salesforce technologies and methodologies. Responsibilities • Leading a team of developers and nurturing their detail-oriented growth. • Using Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX. • Clarifying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Addressing technical challenges with precision and consistently delivering high-quality solutions. • Staying informed about the latest Salesforce technologies and methodologies. • Promoting Agile development practices, using Azure DevOps. • Applying skills across CRM, API Development, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Platform, Salesforce Lightning Platform, Salesforce Development, Salesforce Configuration, Salesforce APIs, Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Components. Requirements • A minimum of 10 years of detail-oriented experience in CRM development. • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM, with an emphasis on Salesforce Configuration. • Extensive knowledge and experience with Salesforce CPQ. • Proven expertise in Salesforce Integration Cloud. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM related issues effectively. • Proven track record of successful ERP/CRM system implementation. • Evidence of continual learning and skill development in the CRM domain. • Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, db schema is required. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically. • Ability to collaborate with a team and also work independently. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
