Description We are seeking an ERP/CRM Developer for a contract to permanent employment opportunity in Houston, Texas. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, create system design documents, and oversee the implementation of the ERP system across our organization. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with various department stakeholders to discern requirements, assess alternatives, and guarantee effective improvements across ERP solutions. • Oversee ERP modules including finance, sales, CRM, distribution, and manufacturing. • Design and specify complex reports to meet user requirements using BAQs, BPMs, and Dashboards. • Analyze business processes, propose and implement improvements through ERP's Solutions. • Educate ERP users to increase comprehension and usability. • Perform routine administrative tasks and maintain system backups. • Support end-users, troubleshoot challenges, and respond to inquiries. • Coordinate and manage ERP upgrades and software patches. • Collaborate with IT to manage and resolve technical challenges.
