Description We are seeking an ERP Data Analyst to join our team in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This role is in the education sector and involves working with Oracle, SQL, and a range of database systems. You will be responsible for data analysis, creating dashboards, and utilizing business intelligence in a CRM context. Responsibilities: • Analyzing data and creating meaningful reports to drive business decisions • Utilizing Oracle Fusion or EBS for ERP related tasks • Using SQL for database management and query purposes • Creating dashboards to visualize data and provide insights • Leveraging Business Intelligence tools to enhance data interpretation • Working with CRM systems to manage customer relationships and data • Using Microsoft tools and DB2 Database for various data tasks • Implementing AB Testing to optimize system performance • Ensuring data backup using appropriate technologies • Applying previous experience in a school district context, particularly related to HR and Accounting. Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of data analysis. • Proficiency in using CRM is a requirement for this position. • The candidate should have a solid understanding of Database Objects and Database Systems. • Experience with DB2 Database is necessary for this role. • Familiarity with Microsoft tools and platforms is essential. • The ability to conduct AB Testing is required. • Knowledge of Backup Technologies is important for this role. • The candidate should have experience in Business Intelligence (BI). • The ability to create interactive dashboards is crucial for this position. • Strong skills in Data Analysis are required. • Experience with HCM Saas Oracle Fusion is a must for this role.
