Job Description
We are currently looking for a Global ERP Data Conversion Lead to join our team who will focus on ERP Deployment projects working directly with key business leads to cleanse, extract, transform and load master data and selected transactional data. The source and destination ERP platforms may change per project.
You will work closely with the ERP project leadership team, Business Process Owners, Business Analysts, MDM team, and IT Management to ensure world class data quality. This role is based onsite out of our Mississauga office & reports to the Director, Global ERP.

Responsible for developing standards, guidelines, processes and expertise to convert data from legacy ERP systems into enterprise ERP platformsMonitor recurring exception reports and initiate data clean-up opportunitiesEstablish Standardized Processes, Procedures and Tools for the conversion of dataPerform data mapping between ERP platformsReporting and Measurement of the conversion of dataWork with end users on standardization opportunitiesUse knowledge of the system to help develop better efficiencies within the systemCleansing and Normalization of the DataData duplication check and Cross-ReferencingPrepare Master and Transactional Data load files and/or manually input the changes directly into ERP systemOUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;
Minimum 5 years’ experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (high preference for Oracle JD Edwards, but also open for experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP)2+ years’ experience as a Master Data Management Lead and Consultant, on large and complex technology projects.Knowledge and experience of ETL tools (eg. Oracle EDQ, Informatica)Detail-oriented, able to look thoroughly through extensive data sets determining patterns and issuesAbility to analyze varying stakeholder concerns, proactively working with diverse groups to address concerns and build consensusAdvanced MS Excel skillsSharePoint experience is an asset.University degree is requiredAdditional Skills:
