Job Purpose:
The Oracle ERP Data Specialist supports Veritiv's revenue growth strategy by managing data within the ERP system ensuring accuracy and accessibility. This role will focus on the upload and maintenance of ERP master data along with the diagnose and resolution of ERP system issues and technical problems as it relates to Supply Chain Planning.Job Responsibilities:
● Ensure that product data are complete, accurate, and executed so that the business is best empowered to utilize data for strategic execution. Will assist with basic level analysis and report generation.● Responsible for managing the entire life cycle for large scale data setups or updates for projects such as launching a new vendor or transitioning a brand from old products to new.
● Develop and identify tools to optimize mass product data updates to encourage automation and efficiency through innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
● Support the sales organization by adhering to New Item Request (NIR) procedures for expedient and accurate product additions.
● Initialize new items and ensure planning integrity such as:
○ Support data requirements associated with SKU setup per geographical area;
○ Determine and enter planning parameters (lead time, Purchase Order interval, MOQ, sourcing rule, cost, etc.);
○ Ability to create and edit consignment and blanket purchase agreements.
● Achieve strategic objectives by evaluating and executing mass discontinue and replacement of items.
● Manage periodic item maintenance updates such as:
○ Service level and Safety Stock overrides;
○ Frequency of sales code per item;
○ Lead time;
○ PO Dating;
○ Purchasing Order Interval;
○ any other mass changes required for strategy changes.
● Any other related duties as assigned.

Work Experience:
● 1-3 years of related job experience.● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.● Ability to work quickly and efficiently.● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.● Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Replenishment Planning preferred.● Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM is preferred.● Experience working with ERP systems, contract management, CRM systems and project management tools preferred.● Knowledge of major ERP (enterprise resource planning) software applications such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.● Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.● Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).● Strong planning and organization skills are required.Education:
