Job Purpose and Impact

The ERP Delivery Process Lead will lead a small team to help build and deploy ERP software solutions to businesses and functions. In this role, you will guide the team’s development, cross team relationships, and delivery to advance the company's ERP roadmap.

Key Accountabilities Lead a team of IT professionals that design, develop, and deploy new and existing ERP software solutions, providing both support to team members and as a strategic contributor.Independently provide direction, input, guidance, and contribution to the team to accomplish team deliverables in support of business and project needs. Lead and develop a team, coach, and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.Lead the implementation of solution applications including requirements capture and analysis, development of design documentation, test and debug software applications, software configuration, support deployment and cutover activities.Partner collaboratively with other workstreams leads, projects leads, and other stakeholders to integrate complex process areas and provide consultation, analysis, and direction for project deliverables.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experienceExperience in SAP S/4 financial modules including COPA.Minimum of four years of related work experience.Confirmed stakeholder management, presenting to and influencing executive leaders.Confirmed experience working on high-impact global projects, strategic initiatives, and change management initiatives.Other minimum qualifications may apply.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of one years of supervisory experience
