Description Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ERP Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in customizing ERP modules, integrating third-party applications, and ensuring optimal system performance. You will collaborate with business analysts and end-users to enhance functionality and streamline business processes. Key Responsibilities: + Develop, customize, and maintain ERP applications based on business requirements. + Design and implement integrations between ERP systems and other enterprise applications. + Optimize ERP performance by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. + Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analytics tools within the ERP system. + Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance to ensure smooth operations. + Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP environment. + Provide technical support and training to end-users. + Document development processes, system configurations, and user instructions. Requirements Qualifications & Skills: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. + Proven experience as an ERP Developer or in a similar role. + Proficiency in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar. + Strong programming skills in languages such as SQL, Java, C#, or Python. + Experience with database management systems like SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. + Familiarity with web services, APIs, and integration technologies. + Knowledge of business processes in finance, HR, supply chain, or manufacturing. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: + ERP certification (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) + Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions. + Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. + Familiarity with AI and automation technologies in ERP.
