Job Description:
The ERP Developer III is a member of the Ohio University ERP Development team. This is a senior position that works primarily in the ERP enterprise application and with other third party applications that integrate directly with the ERP enterprise application. Responsibilities include creating complex customizations and extensions to ERP functionality. Designs and develops complex applications that update data in the ERP system based on complex criteria and functions. Very proficient in using delivered ERP functionality to schedule processes, create communications, maintain and transform ERP data, and set security within the ERP system. Troubleshoots and resolves production issues. Competent to work on all phases of the ERP development cycle with minimal instruction and guidance.
Job Responsibilities Include:
+ Development - Responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of the ERP system and integrated third party applications, and all corresponding data. Designs and documents complex system configurations, scheduled tasks, customizations, extensions, integrations, etc. Performs ERP development requiring in-depth knowledge of business processes, source data, SQL and other data manipulation languages, ERP developmental tool features, and integrated third party application functionality. Provides technical leadership and mentoring to less experienced developers.
+ Requirements Gathering - Possesses in-depth techno-functional knowledge and skills in the ERP and integrated third party systems in order to provide technical input during business requirements gathering and fit gap analyses processes. Conducts analysis of complex processes and prepares feasibility studies to evaluate user needs for new or revised systems. Documents, analyzes, and provides effort estimates for complex work deliverables.
+ Production Support - Leverages an in-depth understanding of ERP delivered features to support the user community by effectively participating in analysis, design, and execution of business functions. Assists in troubleshooting with very complex customizations and extensions to ERP systems, and with integrations to third party applications.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS , or related field
+ Minimum of 6 years of related work experience

Advertised Salary:
The target salary range is $80,593 to $108,801 commensurate with the selected candidate’s education and experience while considering internal equity.
